Aluminum species

AL 7075T6_ Aircraft  grade aluminum, yachts, etc. Weld strength is strong and difficult capability

                  _ Trimmers products uses a Forged Aluminum processing method

AL 6063T6_ Used for windows, construction, and furniture

                  _ Trimmers products uses an Extrusion & Forged Aluminum processing method

AL 6061T6_ Strength, high capability normally used for hardware components

                  _ Trimmers products uses an Extrusion & Forged Aluminum processing method

                  _ Trimmers products mainly uses 6463D during AL 6061T6 

                     which is good for welding capability and coloring.  

Raw Material Processing & Management


Trimmers use around 20 different kinds of resin raw materials such as Polypropylene (PP), Polyamide (PA), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) etc.

When we produce injection-base products, we use the injection grinder and mixer depending on the product to produce. Every resin has their own characteristics and strong points which are compatible to use on the items that we are using them. We make sure not to mix all materials together and maintain all of them from impurities.
